·        Shipping is free for all orders within the United Kingdom.

·        We currently only ship to UK addresses.

B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time

·        Transit Time: Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday) once dispatched.

·        Handling Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

·        Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT (London) will be processed the next business day.

C. Delivery Method

We use Royal Mail as our primary shipping carrier to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.

D. Change of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once your order is in transit.
If you need to update your delivery details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@powerkits.co.uk.

E. Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.

F. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you receive a parcel that appears damaged:

·        If possible, refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.

·        If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please contact us at support@powerkits.co.uk with photos of the damage.

G. International Orders

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed for delivery addresses within the United Kingdom.

H. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Royal Mail tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment.
